Way back in July 2019, the Plei App expanded outside Florida for the first time, partnering with multiple facilities in Houston, Texas. 🚀 We are excited to announce a brand new partnership, this time with Athlete Training and Health in Katy! As part of an ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
50,000 square feet dedicated to a full-fledged training complex, a hospital and a number of medical groups should be enough to convince you that this is the place to train yourself up, but we won’t leave it at that. 😅

Located within Memorial Hermann Sports Park, Athlete Training and Health (ATH) in Katy boasts a full-sized outdoor field for 11v11 games, a canvas for footy brilliance. Lit by a high-impact lighting system, the excitement extends well into the evening when the sun goes down, ensuring that every match is played under the spotlight. 💡
For those visiting and looking to watch some of the action, a dedicated viewing balcony caters to spectators, providing panoramic views of the pitch to witness the thrills of Katy 11-a-side. 👀
Head indoors and you’ll be welcomed by a fully-furnished training facility equipped with everything you need to level up your game. 📈
ATH provides a full range of medical services that can help get and keep you in shape, make you better at your sport, prevent injury or get you back on the field after an injury. ❤️🩹
In their vast indoor spaces, they provide personal training, a group fitness program for adults, professional athlete training, collegiate athlete training, student athlete training and team training. The facility includes advanced pro-style weight rooms with dedicated and separate areas for adult and student athletes. 💪
On top of all that, there are also indoor turf fields, suitable for the beautiful game as well as a number of other sports. 🌿
Thanks to a number of Gatorade vending machines placed throughout the facility, you can rehydrate and reenergize at any point during your visit at ATH Katy. ⚡
