In June 2021, the Plei App expanded into our 5th City, Dallas, Texas 🤠. Since June 2021, we have been hosting pickup games at SoccerPlex, and we are looking forward to continuing doing so for many years to come. As part of our new blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
Located just four miles out from the heart of downtown Dallas, SoccerPlex opened in 2009 and has been operating since! This beautiful facility boasts one of the highest-rated indoor youth soccer programs and also hosts several soccer tournaments for all kinds of players. Their goal is to offer people the chance to take part in activities which help their recreational, social and physical development, such as soccer.
Since opening in 2009, the facility has also amassed the most adult league teams in the city. It’s fair to say that they are the ones to compete with when it comes to running a high quality sports venue with many different services.
SoccerPlex's synthetic fields are 36 yards long by 20 yards wide. The boundaries of the turf are delimited by a high wall, so there are no throw-ins. You can find this facility at the intersection of Interstate 30 and Grand Avenue in east Dallas. Parking is easy and plentiful, so even on busy days/nights, you should have no problem finding a spot!
If you happen to get hungry or thirsty, SoccerPlex sells snacks and drinks at their very one concession stand inside the facility. There’s also a lounging area with plenty of space to hang out and make friends. And if you need to take a break (or if you bring guests), the fields are equipped with large bleachers.
SoccerPlex hosts a series of tournaments and leagues all year round. Their leagues always have lots of teams. Unlike other indoor soccer facilities where your team plays against the same teams every week due to a lack of participating teams, SoccerPlex leagues guarantee to have several teams to play against.
Like most soccer facilities, SoccerPlex rents its fields and spaces to their customers. If you’re looking for a good indoor spot to host a birthday party, corporate event or any other type of gathering (all while avoiding rain or cold weather outside), this venue is a great option!
