In February 2023, the Plei App officially expanded into our 14th region: Detroit, Michigan. 🚗 The first facility that we partnered with was Livonia Athletic District, located west of Downtown Detroit. Now, we are excited to announce a new partnership, this time with Elite Sportsplex!
As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
Located about 30 miles northwest of downtown Detroit in Waterford Township, Elite Sportsplex is designed to be a premier indoor sports destination in its area, and it doesn’t fail to be exactly that. 😅
The facility caters to a long list of sports, including volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, football, lacrosse and - of course - soccer. ❤️🔥

At Elite Sportsplex, you’ll find one (1) artificial turf field measuring 120’L x 50’W, sized perfectly for action-packed 6v6 matchups. This is the only synthetic turf field that the facility offers, but don’t worry, there’s many more ways to enjoy the world’s game here. 🙌
Futsal also calls this venue home. With a grand total of eight (8) hard courts, you can swap out your turf boots for some indoor ones and test your skills in this alternative to normal footy. 👌
The facility offers bleacher seating for spectators to watch the games, with one bleacher per court. Outside chairs are also allowed.🪑
Elite Sportsplex offers plenty of programming for all their sports, ranging from leagues & tournaments for all ages to camps & clinics for youth ballers. 🏆
Don’t worry if you arrive hungry or thirsty; the facility has you covered. Elite Sportsplex offers concessions areas where you can choose from a selection of healthy food and drink options. If you want something lighter, you can always check out the vending machines that have been installed throughout the venue. 😋
Such a large sports complex would require plenty of parking for all their visitors. Luckily, that’s exactly what you’ll find. Right outside, you’ll find hundreds of parking spots, making it convenient for everyone to access the venue. 🅿️
Elite Sportsplex can be used for a variety of events beyond sports, including birthday parties, trade/consumer shows, community events, after-school programs, field trips, conventions, political and medical events, religious meetings and graduations, 🥳
The cherry on top about Elite Sportsplex is that - drumroll please - there’s free WiFi available! Whether you need to stay connected, catch up on work or check on your social media, the facility’s high-speed internet has you covered. 📶
