Last summer, the Plei App expanded into our 10th City, Los Angeles, California. 🎥 Another one of the pickup facilities that we have partnered with in the region is Kinecta Soccer Center! As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬

Located in the city of Torrance, just under 20 miles from downtown Los Angeles, Kinecta Soccer Center is powered by the LA Galaxy and features both hard court futsal and turf grass soccer for the enjoyment of all of LA County’s local ballers. 🔥
Upon arriving, you’ll notice that the whole building is primarily painted blue to match the colors of the MLS club. In this 73,000 square foot venue, you’ll find a total of seven (7) indoor fields that are all suited for 5v5 play. Two (2) of them are turf grass enclosed fields so that the ball does not go out of play. 🌱
Meanwhile, the other five (5) are hard floor futsal courts. They’re all colored blue with orange sidelines, so you can’t miss them. As a bonus, Kinecta also has three (3) volleyball courts and a half court basketball training area if you want to try something a little different. 🏐🏀
As Kinecta Soccer Center believes in promoting the game of futsal to players of all ages and skill levels starting from the young age of just 18 months all the way up, plenty of amenities are available so that everyone has the chance to succeed. After all, this is an LA Galaxy venue, they need to scout the MLS stars of tomorrow. 😅
Kids from ages 18 months to 7 years can take part in the Galaxy Juniors program, where they’ll learn the basics of the beautiful game through fast-paced yet fun classes. Starting at 6 years, kids looking to improve certain key abilities needed on the field can enroll in skills training classes. These classes are available up to 16 years of age. ⚽
And finally, league play is available to actually put to test what has been learned in all those training sessions, classes and clinics. Various age groups are available (2005-2016) for both boys and girls, and are offered year-round. Tournaments for similar age groups also happen occasionally. 🏆
Adults can also join futsal leagues! Available divisions include Men’s Over 40, Men’s Open, Women’s Open and Coed. The leagues happen seasonally throughout the year, so you can conveniently pick your preferred time of year to play. 📆
The Kinecta Soccer Center just wouldn’t be complete without somewhere to grab food and drink. Stop by the LA Galaxy Café and grab yourself anything from burritos, hot dogs and pizzas to muffins, Pop Tarts, fruit snacks and chips. Beverage options include milk, water, protein shakes, juice boxes, Gatorade and more. 🌯🌭🍕🥛🥤
The Café is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner! 😋
Naturally, this facility is also a great place to host private events like birthday parties. The venue is fully equipped with a TV lounge and two (2) birthday party rooms, so there’s plenty of room to celebrate. If the LA Galaxy is your favorite team, it would be a crime to not stop by here at least once. 😅
