Way back in July 2019, the Plei App expanded outside Florida for the first time, partnering with multiple facilities in Houston, Texas. 🚀 Since May 2021, we have been hosting pickup games at Katy International Sports Complex, and we are looking forward to continuing doing so for many years to come. As part of our new blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
This is exactly the case when it comes to Katy International Soccer Complex, which opened in 2021. I mean, if you’re gonna have the word “international” in your business name, it has to make sense, right?
Katy ISC, located in the heart of - you guessed it - Katy, Texas, features a whopping nine fields, each equipped with FIFA certified turf, professional LED lighting, HD cameras and seating for spectators and waiting players. Three fields are suited for 6v6 or 7v7 and the other six are perfect for 4v4 or 5v5.

Parking is available for free on-site at a well-lit parking lot in front of the Azteca field.
KISC came a long way from when the idea for the park was first conceived. Locally operated and family-owned, the complex was actually a vision for over two decades before finally coming to life. Their mission is one we can all get behind: to promote healthy sporting practices throughout the city of Katy by providing only the best resources to elevate the experience of all guests and families.
One way that they’re providing a high-quality customer experience is with a beautiful sports bar inside the complex, open from 8pm to midnight Monday through Saturday. You’ll be able to buy food and snacks, as well. Can’t run a soccer facility in 2022 without having a full bar on-site!
Like most other venues, KISC hosts their own leagues and tournaments for men, women and kids. They also run a youth development program to prepare the next generation of players.
And finally, KISC has all the other standard amenities that most facilities offer. You can rent a field, host a birthday party or a corporate event in this wonderful environment. Go onto their website to learn more about it all as well as the rewards system they have in place for field renters!
